How long does the workshop take?
The four recordings total about 29 minutes. Allow additional time for the workbook, and work at your own pace.
Do I need to finish all six Start Here lessons first?
No. The welcome lesson gives you a short orientation and a direct workshop link. The other five pages are optional reference. Fill in the workbook as you go through the workshop.
Do I need to buy the book?
No. The companion resource centers and Book 1 Field Labs stand on their own; the books add context and depth.
Is this only for company owners?
No. Accountable department and function heads are welcome when they work within their authority and remain responsible for results.
